Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail accounts and mail campaigns. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just specify the email account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.
